The modern problems of small and middle business development in Russia

This article is devoted to the most important problem for today - the global economic crisis. The basic negative moments of business development in Russia are considered. The problems in formation of a favorable climate for conducting successful business such as the conditions of crediting, the customs duties, and the state regulation are also discussed. The analytical researches of the market are hold, where the problems of the capital investment in Russia, and accordingly in business are pointed. The external and internal climate of the organizations and the factors of their perfection are considered.
