The analysis of efficiency of investment processes in region (on an example of the Tomsk region)

In the conditions of insufficient volume of investment resources involved in regions, the problem of their effective usage is especially actual. In article is carried out the analysis of a condition and tendencies of development of investment processes in region, efficiency of use of investment resources for the decision of social and economic problems of region are defined. The analysis of actions of public authorities in a direction of activization of investment process in the territory has allowed to draw a conclusion on necessity of acceptance of the measures directed not only on decrease of investment risks and increase of investment appeal, but also on escalating of investment potential.
