Innovative activity is based on destruction of an old paradigm. Introduction new is impossible without disorganisation old and modelling of new social and organizational bases. From the point of view of socially-psychological concepts of an innovation are based on spontaneous stressful conditions and the situations arising objectively and suddenly. Then the stage of gradual adaptation of the basic part of group to new idea follows. Actions of active aversion and resistance are possible. In this situation occurrence of the new purpose in group, as social system is necessary; the system should undergo certain changes of parametres and to pass a new step of differentiation with the subsequent adaptation and stabilisation.
