Republic of Tatarstan was one of the first in Russia to begin realization of government programs aimed at support of young families housing conditions improvement. During 12 years of these programs realization various changes in their mechanisms were introduced. Majority of these mechanisms make housing purchase more affordable. Because of the financial crisis and well-being lowering of the people realization of necessary steps are considered by authorities as primary task in regional policy.
