The new education units as catalizator of development of education

There are so many new economical decision in education legislation for modernization of education today. The new education units are arising in these conditions - the autonomic education establishment.
     They have as advantages as possibility to using state financial sources and another financial channels with opened the account in any credit organization. These advantages permitting to lead to optimization of network of educational establishment due to the competition with liquidation the most of weak elements.
