Influence of level education of working population on economic development regions of Russia Federation

The article contains integrated analysis of the main economic trends, connected with getting and spreading of knowledge as well as the main aspects of knowledge based economics. Influence of different factors was analyzed particularly scholarship of the employed in the economics per the size of the set up added value , which was done by means of Kobb-Duglas functions.
