Domestic and foreign experience state socially - economic influence on process of improvement of children

The problem of improvement of children which ranks with problems of social and economic stability in the country is investigated. Its decision, according to the author, consists in transformation of present model of relations between managing subjects and origin of the new. It is confirmed also by the foreign experience which success is defined by interest of the state institute in granting of the rehabilitation blessing.
