The actuality of topic researched defines the necessity of creating the ways of stable development as the main economic growth base.The author’s method of estimation the potential of industrial development in South Federal district regions describes the contemporary tendencies in industry development that will influence the strategic development at all. Also it allows using the method results as the base of development goals establishment.
