The complex analysis of Kaluga region economy developmentin 2000 - 2008

The author analyses the economical growth dynamics in Kaluga region in 2000 - 2008. He shows the industrial profile, representing industry and agro-industrial complex, specifying the situation in the sphere of small business, science. The investments volume increase is greatly influenced on by foreign investors’ facilities. One makes a conclusion, that in general, the economy development dynamics of Kaluga region in 2000-2008 can be considered positive, and its main components are investment and innovation directions in the most significant industrial fields.
