Development of regulation model for the release of experts with the higher professional education considering the needs of regional economy (by the example of Volgograd region)

This article is about the development of an econometrical model for the regulation of the release of experts with higher professional education while considering the needs of regional economy as a result of revealing and analyzing the influence of the set of factors on reception of regional universities graduates. The offered model is recommended for the practical use for calculating the quantity of entrants, accepted in universities of the region, which will be employed after their graduation, within the limits of 28 integrated groups of specialties.
