Priority condition of steady competitive functioning of region in the market environment is finding of new quality by it воспроизводственной the structures, adequate innovative activity. Overcoming of depressive development of region is in many respects interfaced to formation of economic conditions and mechanisms of investment maintenance of innovative activity in interrelation with macroeconomic tendencies and regional realities.
