In clause is given a substantiation of structure and architecture of the organizational mechanism economic intermediary and logistical management in regulation and development of a motor transportation complex. The socially-focused toolkit of logistical management of a motor transportation complex provides system of methods, forms, and means of the organization of the transport service, incorporated by a generality of the purpose on as much as possible full account of interests of the population which gets transport services.
