Analysis of the development of the social and economic system of Tambovo region under the conditions of contemporary economic crisis

From the beginning of the second half-year 2008 a developing world crisis has strengthened the negative influence on economic development as Russia as a whole, and its separate territories. We consider, that global crisis has emphasized system vulnerability of the Russian economy, has shown, that the domestic model of economic development is based on excessive dependence on export of raw material. The economic crisis has led to recession in development of social and economic systems practically all regions of Russia. In article the monitoring development of social and economic system of the Tambov area on results 2008 is lead, and also position and development of area in the beginning 2009 is considered is As a result drawn a conclusion about a complex social and economic situation in the Tambov area which reason is influence on regional system of global financial crisis.
