The ecological factor in the design-investment analysis Regional economic system

In clause the essence and value of the design - investment analysis is opened. In view of distinctions in the contents and purpose versions of nature protection projects and marketing actions are submitted. The problem of search and selection of the most rational decisions as applied to all versions of projects is put in view of limitation of resources, set of the special methods used for achievement of the given purpose is considered. Structurization of full economic value of the surrounding natural environment is submitted. The methods are considered, allowing to estimate results, both nature protection projects, and ecological consequences of realization of "usual" projects in various sectors of modern economy.
