In the paper actual approaches of Regional Accounts elaboration is examined, the international standards existing in this area are analysed. The review of the international experience in comparison with domestic practices is conducted. In the conclusion taking into account forieng experience possible directions of the Russian statistics development for more comprehensive illustration of the processes proceeding in economy of separate regions and spatial macroeconomic of the country are presented.
