Models of a combination of interests of authority and small business (regional aspect)

In clause questions of necessity of development of small business of Russia are considered, its basic problems are allocated, variants of functioning of subjects of small business are certain; on the basis of generalization of foreign experience forms of the state and regional support of development of small business, and also three models of the most favourable interaction of the state and small business are offered; actions of the long-term target program of support of economy of the small and average enterprises of Krasnodar territory with expected social and economic results of their realization are stated.
