The bases problems of forming and performance regional touristic and recreation complex were considered in the article. The particular attention was given on researching touristic and recreation complex of Kabardino-Balkaria Republic from the position of three conditional, high-capacity components. There are infrastructural, normative and legal, informational and statistical.
