The implementation of the national project «Affordable and Comfortable Housing - Citizens of Russia» on the territory of the Kemerovo region: problems and results)

The specificity and the main principles of state regulation of housing in Russia are reflect in this article. The author summarized the implementing the national project «Affordable and Comfortable Housing - Citizens of Russia» in 2008 in Kemerovo region. Problems that hindered the progress of implementation the national project are identified. The author has determined the role of low-rise building as an essential factor in improving the efficiency of the implementation of the national project.
