Motivation of agrarian work

In the article the historical-economic analysis of a problem of a payment in agriculture of Russia is given and ways of its decision are planned. The significant attention is given to studying of experience of state regulation of wages during the prereform period, and also to the analysis of the negative economic processes which have followed behind abolition of centralized regulation of a payment. Economic advantages of each of self-supporting systems are in detail opened, and also the conclusion about an imperative need of the further perfection of relations between the worker, the enterprise and the state is made.
