The trend of world development is orientation of the economy to the production of intellectual product, to the effective functioning of science-intensive branches and high technologies.
     In the article is done the conclusion that the creation of technological parks on the base of leading Institutes of Higher Education of region will ensure of science and industry, will improve the indices of the competitive capacity of enterprises and educational institutions, will draw professionals into the production, will increase the investment attractiveness of the region
