The article shows that the satisfaction of families’ need for dwelling depends on credit behavior of families. The state programs of construction of habitation in the republic, promoting to purchase by families to experience of credit. In article is analyzed the market of credit services which is at a stage of becoming. The article highlights the issue of option’s criterions of financial organization for obtaining credit. The comparative analysis of the basic requirements of some banks of republic to borrowers is given.
