In article it is examined the demographic formation of juvenile potential, analyzed the dynamics of a population, presented the features of reproductive, self-preservation behavior of youth in Republic Sakha (Yakutia). The problem of unhealthy rising generation, social trouble, and a problem of inoccupation the young population is actualized.
