Skilled personnel training as the major factor of innovation development of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia)

The article studies the problem of skilled personnel training in the aspects of regional social-economical development strategy realization. It represents the major directions of the Scheme of complex development of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia) productive forces, transport and energy till 2020. The analysis of the personnel training system present condition and outlook development is made, the questions of qualified personnel placement in the republic branches of economy and social sector are considered.
