The weak supply with information of managerial processes involves: acceptance of not worked decisions by bodies of municipal unions on management of social and economic sphere; the extremely unsatisfactory use labour, material, financial resources, a fixed capital and circulating assets; underexploitation of advantages of principal views and management methods in the conditions of market economy. The technique of an estimation of efficiency of information system of local governments is offered.
