In this article prospects of development of the integrated economic structure of the food market of the region which role increases in connection with the influence of globalizations of processes of food maintenance and a condition of fatherland agriculture are considered. With a view of system definition of a level of development resources bases of food system of region its componential analysis is carried out with-standing. The mechanism of development of economic interaction of the enterprises of agriculture are considered region complex on principles of the integrated mutually advantageous cooperation which will allow to use in the maximum degree present resources potential is offered.
