In work problems of management by a supply with information in system of the state support of small business in region regarding gathering, storage and processing of the primary information on a small business are considered. For the purpose of improvement of quality and a management efficiency the supply with information calculates an index of development of small business which allows to estimate a condition and prospects of development of this sector of economy on the statistical information basis, and as on the basis of the data of the small enterprises accounting reporting.
