The Efficiency of transparent management structure in GC “Razdolie”

Financial and Economical crises very negatively influenced on production development in Russia. Greatly suffered agrarian sector, which to a considerably degree depends on external, obtain funds. Rise of credits price brought to a searching of internal resources for current and investing activities. In the present work considered instrument, which permit to optimize internal structure of organization and on her base create financial structure, which is an integral part of budgeting system. It is concluded that financial structure is necessary, and her efficiency was examined on example of GC “Razdolie”.
