Creation of the integrated structures with state participans as an effective way of attraction of investments in construction at a regional level

The problem of attraction of investments in construction at a regional level and increases of efficiency of investment activity in conditions of financial crisis has got recently still the big urgency. In given article on the basis of generalization of practical experience of realization of projects and programs the conclusion that amplification of state regulation of investment activity now is expedient by formation of state-private partnership in a regional investment-building complex is made. In work main principles of creation of the integrated structure with state participans and also substantive provisions of the program of support of construction of accessible habitation are given.
