Methodological approach to the estimation of multiplicative effect of investments into special economic areas

The question of definition of multiplicative effect of investments into SEA takes place in the variety of problematic questions referring to creation and functioning of particular economic areas. The following work suggests methodological approach to the definition of multiplicative effect into SEA based on the usage of the set of multipliers on the investment and exploitation (industrial) levels of investment cycle. It is concluded that taking into account of multiplicative effect of investments into SEA allows choosing territories for priority development areas production and their results more objectively.
