Innovative course of development of Kaluga region

The article states that in the current context innovations and investments become the most important means to provide the conditions of the real economic development of RF regions, to realize positive structural changes in the national economy, to implement the latest achievements of the technical progress. As a possible model the author gives the example of Kaluga region innovative development, where the possible dynamics of this process has been achieved, and where the Republic of Belarus was the point of orientation.
