Municipality in industrial policy system of local community

According to Rosstat in Russia, about 60 percent of citizens live in small municipalities. The quality of its life is acutely. Distortions of socio-economic policy in the country has meant that local communities were very poorly represented industrial production of goods and services. Industry let to satisfy the massive demand for labor population, to provide the financial resources of local communities, to address major social issues and soon. One of the steps the country is the widespread introduction and development of industrial production in local communities.
