Regional investment market as the factor of the modernization of the economy of the region

The regional economy development determines the development of all the country. The author puts forward a problem of regional investment market as a system of resources collection and redistribution to the needs of regional modernization. The article contains the investment market structure analysis, the brief summary of its present state and marks the possible ways to transform it into real factor of regional development.
