In given article recommendations are offered about image- information support of the programs directed on development of territories of the country, earlier a little or absolutely not involved in economic circulation. Recommendations are offered about the Comprehensive plan image- information support of the program of development of territory, its problems, realization stages, a complex of actions, the mechanism and realization tools.
