Segmentation of the meat delicacies market in Vladivostok

An important aspect of the efficient operation of any enterprise is knowing its consumer. This article shows the segmentation of the meat delicacies market in Vladivostok. The following three methods were used: segmentation by two signs, segmentation by three signs and segmentation by clustering method. As a result, 4 segments were chosen, their characteristic was given and some recommendations were proposed to market operators to deal with every of the segments.
