Tax incentives for higher education institutions of regional and municipal levels, based on the experience of Volgograd region

This work is devoted to the analysis of the Volgograd Region attempt to create tax incentive scheme for higher education institutions. The key items of the scheme reformation are reduction of the profit tax rate; real estate, transport and land tax concession.
