As a result of the analysis of the market of software, its features caused by specificity of the goods software product are formulated. Regional features of the Far East software market are revealed. That pricing in the market of software is a system process, free from stereotypes is proved. To legal distribution of software stirs absence of the systematic and regular control from outside the states behind unapproved use of software.
