The monitoring of state region property management system

In this article there were considered accounting systems of state property in Russian Federation and its regions. The great attention there was focused on analysis of state property monitoring system in dynamic which was created in 2000-2008 years under the control of Federal state property management agency. On the basis of the analysis it was formed the proposals to improve the state property monitoring system on region level. Special attention there was devoted to necessary of system effectiveness use estimation and for reasons given in the article there was offered the building of two-level monitoring system.
