The main approaches to the individual life quality assessment as integral criteria of efficiency and successfulness of the state social and economic policy conducting and developing of the society as a whole are examined in the work. The carried out comparative characteristics of objective and subjective approaches to the assessment of life quality, shows the necessity as the main task to generate standards in the sphere of subjective approaches too. On the base of the carried out analyses, one discusses the possibility of revival of updated cultural areas - club municipal complexes, where every individual would get a opportunity to enlarge his possibilities in self-actualization - the highest requirements on the scale of the quality life assessment.
