Development of an industrially-transport infrastructure of the Ural region in the conditions of an economic crisis

The scientific article is devoted priority directions realization of project « Industrial - Ural of Polyarnyy» in the conditions of economic crisis. The key element of project is a transport infrastructure, which will bind industrial Ural to the deposits of minerals of Pripolyarnogo and Arctic Ural, will provide the load of metallurgical enterprises of region more cheap raw material. The special value of megaproekt acquires in the conditions of coming world economic crisis. Project « Industrial - Ural of Polyarnyy» within the framework «Strategy of socio-economic development of URFO is to 2020 year», can become an antikrizisnoy measure, providing of economic integrations of large areas of subjects of Russian FEDERATION (Siberian, Privolzhskiy, Central and Ural federal district).
