In the article «Experts technologies in system of monitoring and support of the decisions at management of regional development», the method of approach to the working out system of monitoring and support of decisions on the basic of expert technologies of estimations is considered. The technology of system of parameters formation that estimates the level of socio-economical development of region is described. The scheme of stages formation of index systems of level estimation of socio-economical development of region is described. The algorithms of calculation of balance of estimation index of socio-economical level of the regional development on the basis of experts technologies is offered.
