Perfection of legislative regulation of agricultural insurance: regional aspects

In article questions of influence of imperfection of legislative regulation on development of agricultural insurance in regions are considered. Insurance development in agrarian and industrial complex at the present stage is analyzed, key problems of legislative regulation of insurance in agriculture come to light, and also directions of perfection of system of legislative regulation of agricultural insurance taking into account regional interests are defined.
