Ecology and economic growth: the Siberian regions in the light of the concept of an ecological curve of the Smith

In article the interrelation between level of environmental contamination and dynamics of a volume of output at national and regional levels is considered within the limits of the concept of an ecological curve of the Smith. Using an indicator of an average deviation of emissions of harmful substances in atmosphere per capita, the grouping of subjects of the Siberian federal district is spent, and distinctions in dynamics of a total regional product per capita and emissions of harmful substances in atmosphere within the limits of the generated groups are revealed, character of interrelation of considered indicators is established.
