Reforms in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) budget system tadayis one of the urgent questions defining the strategy of the long-term regional social and economical development. Analysis of the state and municipal financial condition proved that the SR (YA) state budgetа planning and realization, as well as in the local budgets, encounter a number of problems that require to implement a complex of strategic actions to solve them. Having defined these problems, the authors specified the aims and tasks of the SR (YA) state and municipal finances reforms, thus highlighting the priority directions of reforming the SR (YA) state and municipal finances.
