The article analyses organizational questions of development and comprehensive use of the Chayandinsky gaz field natural gas. It elaborately examines not only the resources and the gas-transport system allocation, but also the economical aspects of realizing the development project; it also discusses the major questions of defining the priority directions for comprehensive development of the East Siberia and Yakutia gas resources with regard to the current changes of the business environment in the multiregional and international natural gaz markets.
