Creating a Model for Forecasting the Extent of Production and Consumption of Oil and Natural Gaz

The article studies the basic approaches to forecasting the oil and gaz production and consumption coeffitients on the regional level. The author offers a model of forecasitng the rates of oil and gaz production and consumption. The model comprises three parts: forecasting the oil and gaz production rate, the rate of consumption, and estimating the balance profit. The model of forecasitng the rates of oil and gaz production and consumption in this article helps to analyse different options of oil and gaz production and consumption, by means of changing the major characteristics.
