Region management in potential of a sports complex

Transition to the regional principle of sports management has aggravated the problem of productivity of existing resources. Today, each region has the right to develop their sports policies, allocate finances etc. in accordance with local specific features, traditions, availability of sports facilities and forms of their ownership. That is why working out unified concept of strategic management for regional sports complex has become vitally important.
