The author underlines the importance of small and middle businesses in our country’s socio-economic development and, in particular, in the economy of Brjansk Region. The goal of the government is to provide all necessary support including legislative, financial and other measures for small and middle businesses and make them self-sufficient bodies which may promote establishing the economic basis of the country, to boost agricultural and industrial sectors of Russia.
