Specificity of housing cooperatives’ activity in the Republic of Tatarstan

The current state housing policies provide real arrangements of a financial support in the acquisition of housing no more than 20 % of the population. Thus more than 60 % of families wish to improve their housing conditions in Russia. Stabilization of prices for housing and the decrease in the affordability of the mortgage lending have allowed finishing the formation of objective preconditions for introduction of stocker system of the acquisition of housing. According to this, firstly the state organizational-information support is necessary for a wide spread occurrence of cooperative motion within the country.
