This article considers actual questions of institutional reforms of mineral resources using control. Under the theory and practice analysis of control and supervisory activity, for successful realization of state policy in sphere of rational use and reproduction of nature resources, authors offer the ensuring of transition to goal-oriented programs of exploration works and reproduction of mineral and raw materials base, renewal of tax assessment’s system in mineral resources using sphere with gradual transition to rent payments, adoption of security system in mineral resources using practice, improvement of inspectorate institute by powers widening of regional authority in sphere of mineral resources’ control and management.
