Transition parameters to effective social and economic development of the Chuvash Republic

In the conditions of world financial crisis by the primary goal of the Government of the Russian Federation definition of parametres of effective development of social and economic system is. Thus it is necessary to consider a federal country organisation and, hence, necessity of increase of efficiency of development of its subsystems. Definition of parametres of development of regional systems will raise a management efficiency economy of region and, that is especially important in modern conditions, will increase investment appeal.
